CITY COUNCIL COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE

Others Present: Alan Crowe, Jim Flisrand, Peg Kamerzel(late),
Ernie Davis, Dave Michael(late), Don Hackmann.
Bob distributed the Mayor's status report dated March 15, 1988.
Pumps for the new East Main lift station have been ordered.
• The Shop plans have been received and approved.
Work has started on the Riverside Park boat ramp.
Bob reported that we have had some vandalism at the cemetar_y.
A lawn mower and several other items were taken.
Bob suggested that the Council read _the co-rresbondence .from=:
Hanson's Health Center regarding snow removal, which is on the
agenda tonight.
Bob mentioned that he got a call from Mr. Kraft from Yellowstone
County and he would like to see the City do something in the
interim regarding Fire service areas until the area can be set
up.
Pat Metzger has been working on a CPR class.
The elected officials workshop is in Bozeman this week.
Chuck Dickerson reported on his trip to Kalispell, regarding
the Shiloh interchange.
Bob reminded everyone to turn in their budget worksheets by
Monday, March 21st.
Bob wants to meet with the Negotiating Committee Tuesday, March
29th at 5:30 p.m.
The East end bridge will be closed until approximately July 15th.
Bob Graham brought up a discussion regarding dogs and the dog
catcher's work schedule.
Discussion regarding having a deposit on water meters. Jim
reported that the PSC says it would be OK for the City to change
their ordinance to include a charge for water meters.
