The awarding of the Library construction bids is on the
• agenda tonight.
Park and Cemetery maintenance has started. using summer help.
No one has been hired yet for summer street maintenance.
The swimming pool will be discussed later tonight under Park
Committee minutes.
About 75% of the 1988-89 budgets have been reviewed.
Ervin Wood has received complaints regarding Jerry Cantrell's
putting up a barbed wire fence.
Equipment Finder, a new business, is located in a trailer
house without bathrooms. They do not currently have water service.
Jim has been checking into this.
Discussion regarding a letter received about the cleanliness
of the FAP Complex.
Discussion regarding businesses getting a City license for
one thing and doing something else that is not specified on
their license application.
Discussion on complaints received about the odors coming from
the liquid air plant west of town, which is just outside the City
limits.
No response has been received recently from the County
Attorney regarding Asphalt Supply.
Discussion regarding home occupations competing with 40
businesses located. downtown in the business district.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:50 P.M.
