CITY COUNCIL COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE

Bob distributed the Mayor's status report dated June 7, 1988.
Bob Worthington from G.T. Murray & Co., Insurance Coordinator
for MMIA will be at the Council meeting tonight.
Most of the budgets have been completed and the preliminary
budget will be presented at the next Council meeting. It
reflects fewer summer employees and the pool will not be open
for as long of a period of time as in the past.
The agreement with the Billings Library for County residents
has been cancelled- a net difference of about $ 13,000.00.
Discussion regarding a letter received about Gerald Cantrell.
Ervin Wood suggested that the City should have an ordinance
regarding some type of requirements for a building or structure
prior to issuing a City business license.
Discussion regarding City license renewals.
Discussion regarding weed complaints.
It was mentioned that the water was running all day at the park
on Colorado and East First Street.
Discussion regarding a complaint of a garbage truck driver
speeding in the alley.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:48 p.m.
