Bob distributed the Mayor's status report dated September 20,
1988.
The water level in the river has improved.
Dave Michael is preparing for a 6% sewer rate increase. The
Public Hearing is scheduled for October 18, 1988. Residential
rate will increase about .73? a month. Discussion regarding
the bond issue and the Sewer Plant capacity.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:45 p.m.
