Bob distributed the Mayor's status report.dated Oct. 4, 1988.
Dave Michael handed out information to the City Council regarding
the proposed sewer rate increase.
Bob suggested that the Council review the correspondence received
from Yellowstone County regarding the LUFSA and also the Fire
Department's recommendation for the Fire Service area.
Chuck Dickerson reported on the recommendation from the Parking
Committee regarding the proposed parking ordinance for the lot
across the street from City Hall.
Ervin Wood reported that he has heard several comments during the
last few days regarding some street and alley work not getting done.
A few items were promised to be fixed last spring and they haven't
been done yet.
Ernie Davis reported that they have started doing culvert replace-
ments today.
East Fifth Street will be overlaid next spring.
Discussion regarding the culvert in Spruce Grove. The consensus
is that for a safety factor and for use of emergency vehicles,
there should be another exit in this area.
Don Hackmann gave a report on the MLCT Conference held in Kalispell,
September 13-15.
