No Mayor's status report this meeting.
Joe Bradley commented about the Ordinance on the agenda
tonight regarding fences in the public right--of-way.
Joe also commented on the Houses in transit Ordinance
which is on the agenda tonight and also the Ordinance to permit
the moving of a house in or through the City.
Jim Flisrand commented on the Loss Control Seminar which
he attended and the City's liability for installations on public
right-of-way.
Bob Gauthier suggested that the Street and Alley Committee
minutes be reviewed prior to the Council meeting tonight, regarding
the recommendation for lights at Kiwanis Park.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:47 P.M.
