Bob distributed the Mayor's status report dated January
17, 1989.
The City has taken over full operation of the landfill.
The BoMag needs about $3,000 worth of repairs.
A mid-year budget review will be presented at the Council
of the Whole meeting on February 7, 1989.
Bob encouraged everyone to look over the correspondence
for tonight. Ervin wood has turned in his resignation effective
February 28, 1989.
Discussion regarding the snow removal policy. Bruce Teeters
doesn't think we should be paying overtime on Saturdays.
Discussion regarding street sweeping, snow removal, and
street maintenance districts.
Bob Graham mentioned that he was going to Helena for Local
Government Day January 20th. He suggested that if anyone wanted
him to contact any of the legislators to please see him before
he leaves.
The meeting was adiounred at 7:00 p.m.
