CITY COUNCIL OCMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE

Bob distributed a brief Mayor's status report dated Feb. 6, 1989.
• Don distributed registration forms for the Elected Officials
Workshop in Bozeman on March 15-17.
Bob reported that we have had trouble with the BoMag at the
Landfill due to the cold weather. Also, the cold weather has
effected other vehicles, expecially police cars.
Water leaks have been at a minimum at this time.
Budget worksheets will be coming,out shortly.
The Budget status will come out next week.
So far 4 people have expressed an interest, via a letter, for the
Alderman vacancy. The deadline is February 17, 1989. Applicants
will be requested to make a presentation at the February 21st
Council meeting.
Discussed keeping a couple of police cars at the City shop during
cold weather.
Bob Graham discussed the trash around George's Appliance and
suggested. that something should be done about it.
Don reported that the front door to City Hall was found open
Wednesday morning, February 1st and the hall lights were also left
on.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:53 p.m.
