Bob distributed the Mayor's status report, dated June 6,
The Mayor has received a complaint regarding teenage
drinking. Bob has talked. to Joe Bradley and Alan Crowe about
this.
Most of the hiring for summer help has been completed..
Asphalt has been ordered. for street repair. Hopefully we will
get 2 Youth Manpower workers for the summer.
The swimming pool is scheduled to open on Saturday,
June 10th.
Joe will give an update on Equipment Finders at tonights
Council meeting.
Jim commented on the Park summer recreation program.
The Council meeting on June 20th will start at 6:30 p.m.
and will be held in Thomson Park. Bob Graham will bring hay
bales to sit on and L.D. Collins will bring a portable P.A.
svstem. A notice will be put in the Outlook.
Discussion regarding personnel at the swimming pool.
Windsurfing at the south pond is on the agenda tonight.
Swimming is not allowed, which could create a problem.
