CITY COUNCIL COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE

The Mayor presented and reviewed the finalized budget document for the fiscal
year 1989-90. The budget was finalized at the special council meeting on Aug.
7, 1989.
• Joe Bradley reported on the letter from the City of Livingston regarding the Law
suit with Burlington Northern. Joe stated that at this time we do not need to
do anything.
