Bob mentioned that two items on the agenda tonight, -reconsideration
of Resolution 2420 and. an ordinance regarding Port Authority, will
be postponed until next Council Meeting.
. Discussion regarding the application for the VA Nursing Home. Cal
is working with the Laurel Chamber of Commerce and LEDO. Soil
tests will also have to be done.
Bob suggested that the correspondence and committee minutes be
reviewed before the Council Meeting.
Bob Graham has information on possible sites for a garbage transfer
station.
After opening bids for the Park Concession Stand/Bathroom facilities
they will be referred to the Park Committee for review and a
recommendation.
A special Council Meeting will be called sometime next week to
consider the bids.
