Bob Gauthier distributed the police activity report for December.
Bob also mentioned that the updated committee list has been
distributed.
Review your committee minutes and resolution to sell two old
garbage trucks.
New garbage truck should be here next week. There is a resolution
tonight to borrow money for 2 years from First Security Bank (low
bidder).
Several calls have been received regarding snow removal. Bob would
like the Street & Alley Committee to review the snow removal policy.
Chuck Dickerson mentioned that the posse will be meeting Thursday
night at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers.
The old library building roof has been patched and it doesn't leak
until thawing starts. Found only spots where it leaks and haven't
really found the cause.
The Park & Recreation Committee welcomes comments and suggestions
for the operation of the new concession stand.
The Garbage Committee will have a tough evaluation and decisions
to make regarding the transfer site.
The mid-year budget review should be ready at the next Council
meeting.
Codification was discussed. Cindy Turner apparently won't be
available to assist Joe, since she is planning on returning to
school.
