Bob distributed the Police Activity report for January, and the
mid-year Budget Review.
Bob suggested that the correspondence, committee minutes, and
recommendation on the special review be looked over before the
Council meeting tonight.
Ordinances on the updated version of the Building Codes are on
the agenda tonight.
Joe would like to consider Resolution 2420 tonight, regarding
de-annexation of parts of Cherry Hill Subdivision, Second Filing:

Bob has received a letter from the Union and they will start
negotiations February 21st and 22nd.
Joe Bradley discussed what needed to be done tonight regarding
the Resolution to De-annex a part of Cherry Hill Subdivision
(Cantrell property).
The meeting was adjourned at 6:55 p.m.
