Bob distributed the Police activity for April.

Joe briefed the Council regarding the two public hearings
that are on the agenda tonight.
The Museum lease is not ready, but will be for the May
15th meeting.
There is a meeting scheduled for tomorrow with the
City of Billings to discuss a garbage contract.
There will be a special garbage Committee meeting on May
14th at 5:00 p.m.
It was suggested that the correspondence and committee
minutes be reviewed before the Council meeting tonight.
Discussion regarding the drug grant program and the City's
portion for the Yellowstone County program.
Discussion regarding the letter from Volk Construction and
Andy Forsythe regarding the Wastewater Treatment Plant.
Lonnie Kellogg reported that Stephen Schreiner at 108 Durland
is willing to pay $200 for the small piece of land next to his
property. This will be on the May 15th agenda.
The fire contracts are on the agenda tonight.
Discussion regarding a City license for ABC-TV.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:50 p.m.
