Discussion regarding the de-annexation of the Cantrell
property. A public hearing was held on May 1st, and a resolution
is on the agenda tonight for approval. Jim worthington
reviewed the map showing what would be street, etc. Further
discussion by Bob Graham regarding the drain ditch.
Joe explained the changes in the lease of the old library
building to the Laurel Museum, Inc. The current one expires
6-30-90 and the new one is for 3 years with a 90--day clause,
by either party, to opt out. A resolution is on the agenda
tonight for approval.
There is a resolution tonight for the approval of the sale
of a small parcel of land at 108 Durland Avenue to Stephen
Schreiner.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:58 p.m.
