Bob distributed the Police Activity report for June.

Bob asked if anyone had a question on the preliminary budget,
which is on the agenda for adoption at the next regular Council
meeting.
A tentative agreement has been reached on the union contract.
The Council will meet next Monday night after the meeting to
approve June's claims,d.to approve the union agreement.
Bob encouraged everyone to review the correspondence and
Committee reports before the Council meeting.
Jim reported on the Cantrell property and the progress of
the conditions that Mr. Cantrell has to meet. Discussion about
the fence and road.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:47 p.m.
