CITY COUNCIL OCMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE

There will be a public hearing on the preliminary budget
tonight. We received the 1990 certified mill levy and the budget
• has been changed accordingly. Bob Gauthier distributed copies
of the final budget which will be adopted on August 13th.
Discussion regarding the judges salary, court expenses
& revenue- comparing past with present.
There is a resolution on the agenda tonight regarding the
Workmen's Camp. self insurance program with MMIA.
There is a resolution tonight to raise garbage rates and
to allow us to start the process and hold a public hearing.
Alan Crowe mentioned that Ron Marshall should be on the
Police Committee.
Bob Gauthier has a couple of appointments for Ambulance
Attendants, Mike Kirschenmann and Bryan Fischer.
The Mayor will appoint Donna Kilpatrick to the Library
Board.
Phil Curry and Andy Loebe would like to be appointed to the
Public Utilities Committee and Street & Alley Committee,
respectively.
Review the correspondence and Committee reports before
tonights meeting.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:47 p.m.
