CITY COUNCIL OCIMITTEE OF THE WHOLE

Dave Michael reported that the sewer line at 616 Cottonwood
was televised today and the City's line is separated somewhat and
the service line from 616 Cottonwood is entering the main line
from the side rather than the top. This information will be
forwarded to the insurance carrier and the Utility Committee
will be reviewing it again.
Dave also reported that the insurance carrier has denied
a claim for sewer backup at 711 6th Avenue (Eric Peterson).
The winter suction line will be in at the Water Plant by
Thursday.
Exxon will be installing their line across the river in a
couple of weeks.
L.D. Collins suggested that the Garbage Committee minutes
and placement of garbage cans be reviewed before the Council
meeting tonight.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:57 p.m.
