Collins Bob Graham Lonnie Kellogg Others present: Alan Crowe Jim Worthington Peg Kamerzel Dave Michael Don Hackmann Jim Worthington reported that the sewer line behind 616 Cottonwood has been repaired. Discussion regarding the Merchant Apartments. No new developments at this time. Jim Martin, the owner, is in California. Donna Kilpatrick reported that there is apparently a communication problem within the City. The Christmas to Remember Committee had some problem with getting notification to the Laurel Police Reserve to help them on December 1st & 2nd. Discussion on who should ask or notify the Police Reserve to see if they would be available on certain dates. There seemed: to be a consensus that the organization requesting the services of a volunteer group should make the contact and ask them if they would be available to help out when the activities are planned. Bob Graham reported on used trucks for sale that could be used to haul garbage to the Billings landfill. This will be reviewed at the Garbage Committee meeting on Tuesday, December 11th. The meeting was adjourned at 6:50 p.m.. Respectfully submitted, Don Hackmann City Clerk
