There is some word changes in the Police Reserve Policy, but no increase in training allowance. • Jim Worthington mentioned that an engineer and a group of officials from Exxon were in today regarding relocation of their line on south yellowstone bridge. They are going to place it about 15n' west of the railroad bridge. They got state approval and Corp: of Engineers approval, but BN refused to allow them to be in their right-of-way. They have changed their mind and now would like to relocate it parallel to the Williston-Basin lane which was installed several years ago, which would be about 600' down stream from the bridge. It would cross through Riverside Park, come up on the bank about half way between the Water Plant and the Sewer Plant and follow the Williston-Basin line back up and across and near the refinery area. They are only in the preliminary relocation stages now. They would have to get an easement from the City to cross Riverside Park and two other property owners to the south.
