Bob Gauthier distributed the Police Activity report for
December, arrest recap for 1990, and a police comparison activity
report with 1989.
Bob Gauthier reported that Volk Construction has filed a
law suit against the City regarding the construction of the WWTP.
Review the Garbage Committee's recommendation regarding the
bid for a new garbage truck.
Informal sealed bids were received from City employees
regarding the sale of 3 old vehicles. Discussion regarding
putting this out for public bid.
Review the Committee reports.
Discussion regarding the abatement letter which will be sent
to Jim Martin.
The claims report is available for anyone wanting to review
it.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:50 p.m.
