The new garbage truck should be delivered in about 90 days.
• Review the Ordinance regarding the salary for City Treasurer'a
position. There have been questions about it. The 2nd reading
of the Ordinance and Public Hearing is tonight. More discussion
regarding the Treasurer's position.
Discussion regarding Fred Winter's property, he seems to have
more trash and junk around it every day. Something needs to be
done. Joe has written him a letter.
Discussion regarding John Floyd's property. There are alot
of chairs outside of his residence. Joe has been having
correspondence with him about this problem.
Mr. Valentine's court order to clean up his property should
be taken care of tomorrow. Discussion regarding the City
cleaning up the place, etc..
Jim Worthington gave an update on the Jim Martin property
(garage). The City has received no correspondence from him.
He was sent a certified letter awhile ago. Discussion.
Cal Cumin reported that the West Pond goes up for tax sale
on March 27th.
Take a.look at the correspondence and Committee reports
before the Council meeting tonight.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:52 p.m..
