Clerk's note: The billing was checked on Wednesday, April 17th, and he is being charged $8.00 for the first unit and $7.25 for each additional trailer. For 16 trailers he is being charged $116.75, less than residential rate! • Page 2 Budget/Finance meeting of April 16, 1991 Discussion regarding police radios. Mike Atkinson said that we bought GE radios about 3 years ago and they are absolutely worthless. The high band radios worked good for about 6 months over a 2 mile area, but now they won't reach across the street. They are not worth repairing internally, because of the way they are built. They are falling apart and are totally useless. The Fire Department and Ambulance have new Motorola radios and they are working fine. It was suggested that we possibly buy 2 new radios now and budget for 2 more next year. Discussion regarding the Mayor.and Council not having a pay raise in 8 years. The meeting was adjourned at 6:48 p.m. Respectfully submitted, Don Hackmann City Clerk • 0
