Review the correspondence and Committee reports.
Review minutes of Classification Appeals Committee.

Chuck Rodgers may not be here tonight.
Jack Bayne is requesting permission to have military
aircraft, such as a helicopter, at Thomson Park on March 27th &
28th.
Discussion regarding Kim Burke being at a Council meeting in
August and she was referred to the Street & Alley Committee
regarding a drainage problem on her property. She claims that
she was never contacted to attend a Committee meeting. Jim
reported that he had told her what the City was going to do to
try to correct the problem and seemed to be satisfied. However,
the City has not done the work.
Bob Gauthier mentioned the possibility of a C.D.B.G. Public
hearing on November 26th at a Rotary Club meeting.
Bob Gauthier mentioned that we need to review the solid
waste fund. The biggest problem is the shingles removed from
buildings have caused the dump fees to increase tremendously.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:40 p.m.
