Chuck Rodgers welcomed Albert Ehrlick.
Review the Committee minutes.
• Bob Graham reported that Don Barclay is concerned about the
walk bridge which is on his property. Kids ride their bikes over the
bridge and dart out in front of cars on West 12th Street. He is
concerned about the liability and would like the bridge removed.
Discussion. It was suggested to check with the ditch company and
also Red Murray. Chuck Rodgers asked Jim Worthington if he would
follow up and check this out further.
Don Hackmann mentioned that so far he has received 2 letters
of interest (Chuck Dickerson & Dan Lowell) for the Alderman
vacancy in ward III. After the closing date on January 14th, he
will make copies of all of the letters received and put them in
the Aldermen's mailboxes.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:43 p.m.

In accordance with the City Council request, I have
investigated the location of the foot bridge across the.Big
Ditch, north of West 12th St and east of 5th Avenue.
The bridge itself is located within the ditch right-of-way
and the south approach crosses a triangular piece of property
east of Lot 12, Block 11, Murray Heights Subdivision 2nd filing.
This tract of land has no lot number or plat description and
according to the Yellowstone County Clerk and Recorder is owned
by the original developer, Mr. Murray.
As show by the attached plat and photo the approach is
east of the lot and fence line of Lot 12 which is owned by
Donald Barclay.
