Jim Worthington had talked to the State and since this was a federally funded project they would have to go to the feds. Burger King would like the approach changed, but federal "red tape" makes it difficult. Jim reported on the Cenex Transportation request (item 6 on the agenda). The Public Utilities denied their request to hook up to the City sewer. Mr. Wroge from Cenex Transportation would like to address the Council again and he will be at the Council meeting tonight. The meeting was adjourned at 6:50 p.m. Respectfully submitted, Don Hackmann City Clerk u 0
