Meeting was called to order at 1900 by Chairman John Smith. This is a special
meetig called to open bids on Airport construction and no other business can be
conducted.
Members present;Bill Brennan,Bob Spannagle,and Roy Zahm.
Guests present;Craig Canfield0merstate Engineering),Arnie LeFor(American
Contractors),Kevin McGovem(J.T.L.),and Randy Pfeifle.
Bids presemed were American Contractors

$1,851,302.50
Roy Zahm moved that the Laurel Airport Authority award the bid to J.T.L.
contingent upon Interstate Engineering's award recommendation and the F.A.A.'s
concurrence in the award recommendation. The motion was seconded by Brennan
and passed unanimously.
Meeting adjourned at 1925.
