CITY COUNCIL CCMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE

Mike reported that Bryan Fischer completed his academy
training last Friday.
Mike also got the state price on patrol cars from Bozeman
• Ford. Ron will cover this in committee minutes tonight.
Vicki reported that Jean Carroll Thompson has not responded
to the letter that Joe sent her.
L.D. referred to the City/County Planning Board minutes
regarding the flea market public hearing. Discussion.
Norman reported that he had a call from a person tonight
making a comment that an alderman is offering a service without
a business license. Vicki has talked with the alderman and
he will either quit or not charge for his service. It was felt
that if he is going to run a business he should have a license.
Dave mentioned that the closure of the landfill is proceeding
and should be completed in a week to ten days.
Water samples have been taken at the Landfill but we have not
received the results yet.
The fence will not be taken down until after the seeding
has taken hold, approximately a year from now.
Chuck suggested that the correspondence and committee reports
be reviewed before the meeting tonight.
• The meeting was adjourned at 6:45 p.m.
