Meeting was called to order at 1905 by Chairman John Smith.
Members presem ;Bill Brennan, Roy Zahm,and Bob Spennagle.
Guests present;Amie LeFor(A.C.I.),Kevin McGovem &Tim Crennen(J.T.L.),Stephanie Potter, Gary
Franklin,Dave Powers,Will Metz,Dick Olson, Frank Felke,Randy Pfeifle,Racbel ? ,Jeff Schlabs,Don
Crilly,Mary Kasuer,Terry Fatzinger, and John OstlunO.
Minutes of the previous meeting were approved as read.
No bills were presented.
Craig Canfield(Interstate Eng)and Attorney Ken Pctersen repomxl that one of the coatractors bidding
on the Airport constxnetion had misbid- Something about minority or hauc~capped subcontractors and
the F.A.A. will want a rebid- A motion was made by Breanan to reject all bids and rebid the
project. Seconded by Spannagle, motion passed.
Taxiway cracks need repairing. Hard Drive Coas't.$2,500.
Dave Donavan's tiedown fees were transferred to his other fund_
Received written application from Metz,Ostluad, Spannagle consortium to install a self fueling system
on the ramp. At~er much discussien concerning servico, access,location,etc.Brennanmoved the
installation be allowed-Reluctantly seconded by Zahm and pessed-Delails and conditions will be
worked out.
Insurance requirements for all leases were discussed and will be discussed later.
Discussed whether we need to chip and seal the access road this year.
We ~a a complaint fxom an unnamed farmer about a sky diver landing on his property.No one admits
any knowledge of the incident.
