A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
The Committee met to discuss the only bid received fora new
floor in the cemetery building. Earl Grainger said that the
old floor could not be removed without the possibility of
damaging the building or to jackhammer it,.which would be
costly. Mr. Grainger's bid in the amount of $2,400 included
the following:
no cement removed
raise large door 6"
2x4 redwood perimeter
set and pour 4" of 5-sack cement with wire mesh and
gravel base
The committee recommended awarding the bid to Earl Grainger.
Meeting adjourned at 5:15 p.m.
