MAIN STREET Members present: Shirley McDermott, Dirk Frickel, Bill Kampfer, Dean Rankin, Daniel Klein Advisors present: Steve Zeier Others present: Cynthia Ware, James Caniglia Continued discussion on our contribution to running the sewer and water across main street to save future tear up of the street and extra expense. We need to have a price for stubbing these services across main street. Discussion was made following up Harry Gottwals expression of having a well connected person as a front person for 20 hours a week or so to further our growth and presence around the city. Dean made the suggestion that Linda Frickel would be a great person for the position. We will try to get Scott Reiter, project manager for the football stadium, to come to talk to us in May about future uses of the new field. Kate Hampton will be coming to talk to us June 1 about the grain elevators. Review the survey to make sure the questions are still appropriate and fit on one page for simplicity. Contact Max Lennington, the County Treasurer, to tell us how much money is obligated and available for us. We are still looking for: 1. Capital Improvement Plans (CIP) with funding 2. Staffing Chart 3. Last years budget James will find out who owns and controls the lighting district and any new plans
