Gerald Shay, Member-at-Large, Exec. Secty Donald Gudgell (County Rep.) Darrell Aaby (City Rep.) Joe Bradley (City Rep.) Russell Bray (County Rep.) Grace Edwards (County Rep.) Velda Thomas (City Rep.) new member Approval of minutes of previous meeting delayed until next meeting. Bills approved: Director of Public Works Department in the amount of $200 for Administrative Services in September; Cumin Associates in the amount of $3,375 for Planning advisory services for July, August, and September, 1986, as per agreement. HOME OCCUPATIONS: Jack Broadhurst not present Dan L. Lowell, 1115 8th Avenue, requests a home occupation as chimney sweep service. The Planning Board will consider the request at their regu- larly scheduled meeting. Attendance at this meeting is required by the applicant or his /her representative. 3. The Planning Board will make s recommendation to the City Council that the specific request for a home occupation designation be granted or denied. 4. The City Council will consider the Planning Board's recom- mendation concerning the specific home occupation designation and approve or deny it at their next regularly scheduled meeting.
