MONTANA 90044 0 April 2, 1987 Meeting of the Laurel-Yellowstone City-County Planning Board called to order with the following members present: Dr. John Hawley Smith, President (City Rep.) Gerald Shay, Member-at-Large, Exec. Secty Roy Johnson (County Rep.) Darrell Aaby (City Rep.) Joe Bradley (City Rep.) Velda Thomas (City Rep.) Bob Rosselot (County Rep.) Russell Bray (County Rep.) Donald Gudgell (County Rep.) Members absent: Donna Kilpatrick (City Rep.) Grace Edwards (County Rep.) Also present: Cal Cumin, Cumin Associates, Billings E Amend correction to minutes of previous meeting: Richard Bfkrnhardt Home Occupation request - make the vote 4 for, 2 against recommending approval. Minutes approved as corrected. Bills approved: Public Works Department in the amount of $200 for Administrative Services in April. This meeting held one week early at request of Cal Cumin as he will be out of town for a greater part of April. A public hearing will be held May 14th for re-evaluating commercial and light industrial uses as in Section 17.32 of the Laurel Municipal Codes and a public hearing will be held at the same meeting for discussing possible changes in the required parking ordinance in Section 17.76 of the Laurel Municipal Code. A recommendation will then go to the City Council. Russ Bray asked about wall signs. Should the 12 ft. rule apply from Sec. 17.68.020 (D)? BOX 10 PHONE: 628-8791 City of Laurel LAUREL, MONTANA 59044 April 3, 1987 PLANNING BOARD DEPARTMENT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Laurel-Yellowstone City- County Planning Board of Laurel, Montana, will hold a public hearing.on Thursday, May 14, 1987, at 7 pm, in the Council Chambers of City Ha11,,Laurel, Montana, for the purpose of reviewing required parking in.Section 17.76 and also to hold a public hearing for the purpose of re-evaluating commercial and light industrial uses in Section 17.32 of the Laurel Municipal.Code. Information.concerning this hearing can be obtained at the office of the City Engineer, City Hall. Anyone wishing to protest may appear at this hearing. Any party may appear with or without counsel.
