Representative Joe Bradley, City Representative Chuck Dickerson, City Representative Grace Edwards, Co. Representative Clarence Foos, Co. Representative Members absent: Roy Johnson, Co. Representative Gerald Shay, Co. Representative Donna Kilpatrick, City Representative Darrell Aaby, City Representative Don Gudgell, Co. Representative Others present: Cal Cumin, Cumin Associates, Billings Cheryll Lund, Secretary OLD BUSINESS Cal did some checking on the issue of R.V.'s being parked on City streets throughout the year. He found out that no R.V. is suppose to park for more than 5 days, but the police don't pursue the person unless there is a complaint or if the trailer is causing a dangerous traffic situation. Cal feels that this is a police issue and not one the Planning Board should address. PRE-LIMINARY PLAT REVIEW -CANTRELL REQUEST FOR DE-ANNEXATION AND RE-SUBDIVISION- CHERRY HILLS SECOND FILING. Mr. Cantrell has made a request to de-annex Cherry Hills from the City. Mr. Cantrell made this same request over a year ago, but the Council denied it, due to the neighbors objections. He has proposed this time to give the City 16 lots which would serve as a "buffer zone" to the neighboring properties. He wants to place a fence about 30 feet past the buffer zone and run cattle in his property, which would entail about 18 acres. Cal feels that this is a generous offer and one that could work well to all those involved. There will be a Public Hearing at the August 10th meeting of the Planning Board where hopefully the neighbors will attend and voice their opinions on the proposal. Motion to approve the minutes of the July 1989 meeting by Chuck Dickerson, seconded by Russell Bray. Motion carried. Motion to approve the Administrative Services bill of $200 for July by Grace Edwards, seconded by Chuck Dickerson. Motion carried. Motion by Grace Edwards to adjourn, seconded by Chuck Dickerson. Motion carried. The meeting was adjourned at 8:00 p.m. Respectfully submitted, Cheryl Lund, Secretary
