President Helen Johnson called the wing to order and roll was taken Chuck Dickerson was introduced to the board. Chuck is a Laurel City Councilman and has been appointed to the Bright n' Beautiful board by Laurel. Mayor, Ken Olson. The minutes from February 18 were moved Janice reviewed the Balance Sheet and the Pro& & Loss statement ending February 28t` Jackie moved and Jame seconded to approve Janice's reports. Passed. Presently there are 18 board members- It was amended that board members attend a minimum of one meeting per qurauter to maims voting privileges- Dan made a motion to approve this decision and Jim seconded. Motion passed. Our insurance will not cover youth on probation while removing graffiti as requested by the Juvenile Justice Court. Jim Reno Nought die cowt system carried liability ice. He win inquire about this. Carolyn will work flee DBA's Fm* Day event on April. 22. It will be held at the Good Earth Market, not on the Court House lawn. Helevr Jean Carroll and Chuck said they could help. The St. Patrick's Day parade Litter Patrol was cancelled dw to the weadw- The Cheat American Cleanup in Billings and Shcpbwd will be on Saturday April 25. Laurel's cleanup will be on May 2d and P. Last year we paid Party Time Plus $368 for the canopy which included setup and delivery. This year it would be $456- Carolyn called several rental companies and Party Solution price is $335, which includes setup and delivery. Chuck moved and Dan seconded the motion to use Party Soh*K m with two mks for $20 each if needed. Motion passed. Chip said the bags we received thus yeast are only 13 gallons. We will use these to send to the schools. Posters and banners w= distrNded- Chuck asked if he could get raster of the names and addresses of the board members. Carolyn will e-mail a roster to Chuck and all board members. Dan brought up the subject of reinstating our Web Page. The board agreed. Jun made a motion that we get this done and pay the cost.
