A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
The committee reviewed the claims for November and recommends
that they be paid.
Bids for the Water Plant were reviewed, and it-is recommended
to accept the bid from O'Neil Builders in-the amount of $7,288
and to work with O'Neil Builders for a change order to reduce
the bid $919.00 in order to stay within the budget.
It is also recommended to accept the bid from Merle Cherry in
the amount of $5,631 for roof work.
Discussed.having a paying agent for bond issues. It is recommended
that we have a paying agent for the Wastewater Treatment Plant
Bond Issue and review it for smaller issues on an individual basis.
Discussed salary for the new City Judge. It is recommended
that the salary remain.at $1,000 per month for the term of office
and that an ordinance be drawn up with the successful applicant
stating such.
