A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
WATER PLANT BIDS: Discussed bids for insulation, windows and roof for
the water plant.
Dave Michael will prepare minimum specs so that all bidders will
be bidding on comparable material.
REQUEST FROM GREG-CARTER: Discussed the wage claim made by Greg Carter
at the November 16, 1982, Council meeting.
Motion by Duane Behm to pay Greg Carter for actual hours worked
(80) from September 26, 1982, to October 10, 1982, seconded by
Bob Gauthier.
Discussion.
Motion defeated 3--1 with Hackmann, Gauthier, and Ehrlick voting,
"No." Sue Carter and Larry Peterson abstained.
Motion by Bob Gauthier to pay Greg Carter for actual hours worked
from ep em er 26, 1982, to termination date, seconded by
Larry Peterson.
Motion carried 3--1 with Behm voting, "No." Sue Carter and Larry
Peterson abstained.
Don Hackmann was excused from the meeting.
POLICE CAR: Motion to let out bids for pol.ice'car, seconded by Larry
Peterson. asse unanimous y.
Motion that the Police'Committee draw up standard specifications
or the ea ers,.secon e by Larry Peterson. asse unanimously.
Discussion on sewer rate structure.
