A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
The committee met to review the bids from-Merle Cherry and Happy
Enterprises for water plant windows and insulation and pump
house windows and roof.
Dave Michael will also be requesting informal bids from
O'Neil Builders and Earl Grainger.
Dave requested that the water plant windows and insulation
be done first, because of the greater fuel cost savings.
Meeting adjourned at 4:55 p.m.
