BUDGET FINANCE COMMITTEE

A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
The committee met to review the October claims and recommends
that they be paid.
The committee discussed capital outlay purchases and recommends
that any purchase over $500.00 must go through the Budget/Finance
Committee to ensure sufficient cash flow, then forward the
purchase requisition to the appropriate committee. (Contact
the City Clerk for a purchase requisition.)
Discussed the letter from Larry S: Peterson regarding fans and
ceiling insulation for the City Shop.. The committee recommends
the purchase of the fans for approximately $1,000.00 and to hold
off on the insulation until further review.
