A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
The committee met.with representatives from HKM to review the Preliminary
Draft for Revenue Requirements and Rates on the Sewer Utilities
for the City of Laurel.
Next meeting was scheduled for Monday, October 18th at 4:30 p.m.
The committee discussed the letter received from Douglas 0. Howard
regarding the wage claim by Judge Walter Menello and recommended
that it be referred to the Personnel Committee.
