BUDGET/FINANCE COMMITTEE

A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
Budgets reviewed were:
Parks
Water Systems
Streets
Don Hackmann was requested, through-Larry Peterson, to analyze the
office supply, misc. expense and misc. supply items of the
water system budget, the tools budget, and misc. expenses
items in the street budget, the equipment repair and vehicle
repair in park budget.
It was requested a line item be created in the gas tax budget for winter
street sanding for supply sand.
An idea was considered to have.a combined mosquito-insect abatement
assessment and snow removal assessment year round: insect
abatement in summer and snow removal in winter. This will
be checked into.
