A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
In regards to an audit recommendation to increase the bond for
the City Treasurer, Don Hackmann reported that a bond in the
amount of $50,000 would cost $350.00, and a bond in the amount
of $100,000 would cost $600.00 annually... The committee recom-
mended to consider this in the 1983-84 budget.
Don Hackmann presented a quote from Encode Corporation, Billings,
MT., for a one-time boiler maintenance and repairs at City Hall
and the library in the amount of $799.40. We are in the process
of getting quotes from local firms.
The December claims were reviewed and the committee recommended
that they be paid..
Meeting adjourned at 5:00 p.m.
