BUDGET/FINANCE COMMITTEE

A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
February claims were reviewed and the committee recommends
that they be paid.
Reviewed purchase requisitions for a mower-deck in the amount
of $1,500 and playground equipment in the amount of $900.
The committee recommends approval and refers them to the Park
Committee for review.
The committee will start reviewing budgets for 1983-84 on
March 16, 21, and 22.
The City shop phone bill was discussed and.recommended that
Larry Peterson check iQ,to this and see if a phone is necessary.
