A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
The committee reviewed the claims and recommends that they be paid.
Reviewed purchase requisitions from the Cemetery for a 30x40 metal
pole building and one from the City Clerk for computer programs for
Ambulance billing, City licenses and Cemetery plats.
The committee recommends approval and the $200 for the cemetery
building to be budgeted next year from equipment reserve.
The committee reviewed the audit proposal received from Colberg,
Fasching, Mrachek and Tiensvold in the amount of $5,500 for the
82-83 fiscal year.
The committee recommends acceptance of this proposal.
Don Hackmann requested to attend a meeting in Great Falls on April 15th
regarding the registering of bonds and a meeting in Forsyth on
April_ 21st and 22nd to attend a continuing education committee
meeting and the District "C" meeting of the MMCT and FOA.
The committee granted approval for Don to attend both meetings.
Meeting adjourned at 5:20 p.m.
