A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
The claims for June were reviewed and the committee recommended
that they be paid.
Don Hackmann presented a schedule of budgeted wage increases
for non-union personnel. This will be presented to the entire City Council.
Larry Peterson presented a proposal regarding a WATTS line. The
committee recommends to install a watts line for long distance calling
within the State, for both City Hall and the FAP Complex, at a cost
of $15.00 per hour up to 15 hours per month. Currently we are using
about 4 hours a month in long distance calls. It is also recommended
that the Billings lines be discontinued in favor of a watts line.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at
5:47 p.m.
