BUDGET/FINANCE COMMITTEE

A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
The committee reviewed the August claims and recommended
that they be paid.
Two purchase requisitions were presented for review: One
is for two window vents in the Water/Treasurer/Clerk's office
in the amount of $700.00, and the other is emergency lighting
for fire truck #7 in the amount of $600.00. The committee
recommended approval.
Discussion regarding the drainage problem in SID 108 and
using the $4,000.00 budgeted for culverts to help aleviate
the problem.. No recommendation was made.
Meeting adjourned at 5:15 p.m.
