BUDGET/FINANCE COMMITTEE

A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
The committee reviewed the September claims and recommended
that they be paid.
The committee approved a purchase requisition for a heater
at the water plant for the chlorine.room in the amount of
$790.00.
Don Hackmann presented an Attorney General's opinion which
he received on October 3rd as follows:
• "A city may use its share of gasoline tax
allocation under section 15-70-101(2), MCA,
for cgnstruction of storm sewers and drains
.in and under- city streets for removal of
runoff water."
Discussion.regarding drainage in the SID.108 area. Funds
are available if-the council wishes to pay the expense of
additional drainage.
Discussion regarding the well and pump at the airport.
Airport Authority will pay the $927.74 and the water fund
will reimburse the Airport Authority next fiscal year.
Meeting adjourned at 5:20 p.m.
