A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
The October claims were reviewed and the committee recommended
that they be paid.
Don Hackmann explained the percentage of payment to Volk Con-
struction for mobilization.
Update on service plan for the Yellowstone County Law Enforce-
ment Agency and an ICC budget analysis was distributed and
reviewed.
Don Hackman reported on the status of the audit and the annual
• report to the State.
Discussion regarding housing County prisoners and charging
the County $15.00 a day per prisoner.
Larry Peterson reported on the East 5th.and Colorado Avenue
water line project. It was completed last week.
Discussion regarding the possibility of applying for grants
for future projects.
Meeting adjourned at 5:20 p.m.
