A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
The May claims were reviewed and the committee recommends that they be
paid, except to hold HKM's warrant until their sewer revenue analysis
report is received.
Sharon reported on an analysis-she did of the sewer revenue. There
has been a decrease by BN of about $1,900 per month and Boise Cascade
of approximately $150 a month.- It appears that HKM has overstated
the statistics.on residential and commercial customers by approximately
319 which was used in their original revenue projection, thereby
overstating revenue by about $1,000 a month.
Proposals and purchase requisitions for a•PC computer for the Clerk's
office and library were reviewed.
The committee approved requisitions for.the library in the amount of
$7,244 for an HP-150 PC computer, programs and cfring and $1,050 for
furniture. This is in this year's budget and will be paid with Revenue
Sharing and Coal Tax money.
The committee also approved requisitions for the City Clerk's office
in the amount of $7,897 for an IBM..PC computer and programs and $700
for furniture. This is in this year's budget and will be paid with
Revenue Sharing money.
Discussion regarding the new sewer plant operator position, and it was
decided that this be referred back to the City Council.
Next budget-meeting is scheduled for June 12th at 7:30 p.m.
