A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken'by
the committee:
The claims.for November were reviewed and the committee recommends
that they be paid.
Don received an estimate from-Morrison-Maierle, Inc., regarding
the changing of a current deduction field to accomodate a deduction
for BN Credit Union at a cost of $480.00.
After a discussion it was decided that if there is enough interest,
the change could possibly be made. Don will contact Bob Mann for
the Union's input to-see how many employees might be interested,
and also discuss it at the next Department Head meeting.,
The next meeting is scheduled for December 11, 1984, to review the.
auditor's comments.
Meeting adjourned at 5 p.m.
